Grade A:  Pulled from a working environment. Monitor has been tested and is in excellent condition. This item is used and may have minor scratches and/or marks on the plastic housing. Limited to (0-1) noticeable marks or scratches to the screen.

GRADE B: Quality means great overall condition and will show minor signs of wear. The monitor will have very minor scratches or scuff marks on the plastic housing. The trim will be intact with no cracks or breaks.

Screen: Limited to only 2 to 4 minor marks and scratches that do not affect the functionality of the monitor.
